peermusic has signed singer/songwriter Jeffrey East to its Nashville roster. The Texas native moved to Nashville with his family in 1993, and was signed to his first publishing deal in 2006 by the late Harley Allen.
He has cuts by Rainey Qualley, Point of Grace and Selah.

ASCAP‘s Nashville songwriters and publishers will benefit from the centralization of the performing rights organization’s Writer & Publisher customer service functions, under its new Global Customer Service team initiative. Ryan O’Grady heads the Writer & Publisher Customer service team in Music City. Also part of the Nashville staff are Mary Self, Paul Harrigan, Stephanie Reeder and Kenyon Glenn-Nelson.
The centralization of all global customer service support functions allows ASCAP to deliver top-shelf customer service and rapid resolution response for publishers and songwriters.

Grammy Award-winning and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Green Day has signed with performing rights organization SESAC for representation.
Consisting of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool, the American punk band is known for “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” “American Idiot,” “Know Your Enemy,” and “Wake Me Up When September Ends,” and has sold more than 75 million albums.
