How To Login

Dear RowFax Subscriber,
Each Thursday afternoon you will receive an email letting you know that the RowFax is ready to view on the website. We recently emailed you a new UserName and Password and if you are a new subscriber, you will receive it within 2-3 days of when your subscription is processed.

If you haven’t seen the email with your UserName and Password, please check your junk/spam folder. The subject line was “Your RowFax Subscriber Login Information.” Please open this email and use the information to Log In to the website (instructions below). If you still can’t find the email, please read the section below titled “Don’t Know Your Password?”

Log In Directions

1. Visit www.RowFax.com
2. Click “Log In” near the top of the page
Enter in your new UserName and Password. Your username is typically First_Last
3. You now have access to our site! We recommend that you first re-set your password. Click “My Profile,” scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your choice of new password in the two spaces provided and click “Update Profile.”

After logging in, click “Home” to find the “Latest Listings.”

The RowFax site is separate from MusicRow.com. You can use the same password on both sites, if desired.

Don’t Know Your Password?

1. Visit www.RowFax.com
2. Click “Log In” near the top of the page
3. Click “Lost Password”
4. Enter in the email address your account is under, or First_Last and click “Get New Password”
5. Check your Email, and click on the long link at the bottom of the email under the words “To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this email and nothing will happen.”
6. After step #5, check your email a SECOND time. Your UserName and Password will be in the SECOND Email. Use this UserName/Password to log into the site.
